What is Tai Chi Yoga?
Tai Chi Yoga brings joy to life's journey by combining two separate healing and rejuvenating disciplines into one enjoyable routine with integrated stomach breathing. Innovated 45 years ago by master teacher John C Neubauer, it awakens the senses, calms the spirit, and refreshes the body. It combines the unwinding of yoga with the floating of tai chi with more profound benefits than either practiced separately. Unlike regular exercise, you feel great while doing it as well as after doing it. Doing it is like movement meditation. One of its key principles is learning to "yield and overcome."
