HOW TO BECOME A LICENSEE

Becoming a Tai Chi Yoga™ licensee enables you to use the name “Tai Chi Yoga™” in your business and related advertising. Included with being a licensee is:

    1. Certification as a Tai Chi Yoga™ instructor, if you are not one already 
    2. The right to have “Tai Chi Yoga™” in your business name; i.e. John’s Tai Chi Yoga™ Center or Tai Chi Yoga™ of Pontiac
    3. The right to sell the private label health, wellness, and accessory product line of Tai Chi Yoga™
    4. A location listing in this website 
    5. Your personal website within this website
    6. Access to founder John C Neubauer regarding your business and teaching questions
    7. Geographic boundaries within which no other Tai Chi Yoga™ studio may be located

If accepted as a licensee, these are the financial obligations involved:

    1. $2,995 for first-year certification and licensing rights
    2. $1,995 for the first year if you are already a certified instructor of Tai Chi Yoga™
    3. $995 for each year’s renewal to continue as a licensee
    4. 3% of all gross revenues from collected student registrations and private-label product sales
